Hi, I found this post while searching for help with fixing Microsoft Silverlight. I have recently switched browsers from Google Chrome to Firefox 3.2. Now I seem to have a problem with loading sites that have Microsoft Silverlight. Every time I go on a site that requires Microsoft Silverlight, the page does not load and I get a "npctrl.dll" error. I can't seem to find out how to fix it. Any aid getting Microsoft Silverlight to work is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Tim,

Gen Y seems to carry a "bad reputation" for trying to create positive change in multiple arenas: workplace, healthcare, education, relationships. Our predecessors’ label us "entitled" "spoiled" "whinny" when they raised us to believe in their life lessons and values. We are who we are today because of them. Now that we are out in the world trying to create positive change for EVERYONE, they resent what they created- they should be proud that we followed through with their "lessons" and anxiously anticipate the positive change that can result from their hard work!

If you're interested in the business side of computers, you'd do well to check out The Innovator's Dilemma by Clayton Christensen. It talks about when it pays to be an innovator and when it's better to hang back and wait for someone else to develop a new technology, and one of the main case studies it uses is an analysis of the hard drive industry from the 1960's to 2000.
