		<description>Often a person can get caught up in the day to day, and sometimes may find themselves treading water.  You&#039;ve got a great idea to set some perfect short term goals to keep you on track and continually developing.  You&#039;re right, every bit does help.
I could maybe add:
Have a coffee with another industry professional
Develop some longer term goals</description>
